Where are your parties located?
Parties Made Simple comes to you! No more traveling across town with a car full of very excited children. We come to your home, church, childcare, girl scout meeting.
How far will you travel?
We don’t want to say no to anyone, however if you are outside our radius of 25 miles an additional fee will apply.
Most parties need to be held indoors do to the nature of the costumes but we can discuss further if an “Outdoor Only” party is desired.
Are boys allowed to the party?
Yes, each party is designed for boys and girls.
Siblings are welcome if they are included the final child count. Our parties cover only your child and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests.
What are the age requirements?
Parties Made Simple host parties for children ages 3 to 10 years old. Each theme has its own age recommendations. If you would like to host a party for a child outside these ages please contact us.

How far in advance do I need to book a party?
We suggest you book your party at least 4-5 weeks in advance. Parties may be booked with less notice, but theme choices and times may be limited.
What happens if I need to cancel my party?
We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration, based on availability. However, once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed; your deposit is non-refundable.
How much space is needed for the party?
We will work with the amount of space that you can provide. Pushing the furniture against the walls or clearing some furniture from the room can create additional space.
Do parents stay for the party?
Parties Made Simple has an open door policy. Parents are welcome to stay if they choose as long as there is enough room and they can keep the noise to a minimum. We do ask that at least the host of the party stay to monitor any disruptive behavior.
You may have your party last as long as your wish and our portion of the party will last an hour and fifteen minutes. We will arrive before the scheduled time to set up and we will clean up after the hour and fifteen minutes.
The children do not undress. All costumes are designed to be worn over the child’s own clothes. We suggest that the girls wear a leotard or similar and the boys wear their regular clothes.
Because we have a schedule we will start and stop our parties on time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. Our parties do work best when all guests arrive on time, however for those guests arriving late they may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
Discipline and non-participant?
We want to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child. We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to
participate.
Yes, your party package includes custom invitations and thank you notes. We will mail the invitations for you and you will receive the thank you notes the day of the party.
What types of payment do you accept?
Parties Made Simple will accept cash, money order or checks. A $25 fee will occur for any NSF check that is returned to us.
At this time Parties Made Simple does not supply the cake or any other food. We ask that the children don’t eat during our portion of the party.
Do I need to do anything or supply anything for the party?
We ask that you provide a smoke-free environment, provide a safe and clean area for dress-up and all activities, remain with/near the party at all times, provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay, provide an outlet near by for the CD player and or bubble machine, provide a place to park close to the house, as we will be brining in heavy boxed items. If anything else is needed for your party we will be sure to include it on your contract.

What is the minimum/maximum I can invite?
Our party packages are designed for a minimum of 8 guests (including the guest of honor), and a maximum of 12 guests (including the guest of honor). Parties smaller than eight will be charged for the minimum of eight children. Parties 10 and over will be charged an additional fee to cover the second party hostess. At the time of booking you may add additional children for $12 per child.
What days and times are parties held?
Monday – Friday 6:00PM
Saturday and Sunday’s times vary (we will try to work with your schedule).

There is a $75.00 non-refundable deposit due within one week of booking your party. Send payment along with your signed contract. If Parties Made Simple does not receive your deposit within seven (7) days of booking your party, your date and time will be released. The balance is due seven (7) days before the party date. If you have to cancel your party, we can reschedule based on availability.
Parties Made Simple assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during the party. We will not be held responsible for allergic reaction from clothing or other items brought for the party. Your party hostess will work to ensure that your home and guests are treated in the most respectable manner.
